Our court structure includes county, state and federal criminal courts as well as separate civil and lower courts, federal civil, and federal bankruptcy courts. In addition, criminal convictions are distinguished by felony and misdemeanor status. As a result, employers must select a criminal program that is both logical and cost effective. HRPLUS makes multiple criminal background screening programs available to our clients and we work with you to make sure the program you select meets your risk factors and specific needs. Since some courts house misdemeanors with felony records and other courts do not, all HRPLUS criminal programs include searches for both felonies and misdemeanors - at no additional charge to our clients.
